Discount Tire

I got a bundle deal for new tires from a good brand. I really like their warranties and that they rotate and balance tires for free if you bought from them. I’m not sure if they still do that anymore, but they did in the past. Service for the most part is pretty good, but it depends on who you get and how they’re feeling that day. The system could never pull up my info whenever I came back. I literally pulled up a screenshot of the receipt to prove that I was a customer who bought tires from them. I also didn’t like Mike giving me a hard time about asking the available time slots for an appointment. I was 15 mins early to my scheduled appointment time, but he kept misinterpreting that I wanted to make an earlier appointment just because I asked about the time slots. I chose my scheduled time, arrived early, and checked into the system. I was not late and did not request an earlier appointment.

I've been buying tires from Paul and the team at Discount Tire for years, and they consistently provide outstanding service and unbeatable prices. They've sold me several sets of tires for my AMG Mercedes, which goes through tires pretty quickly, and they've always taken great care of me. On one occasion, I lost my wheel lock key, and Paul and the crew went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help are the reasons I continue to come back. If you're looking for the best prices on tires along with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Paul and the team at Discount Tire. They've earned my business and my trust.

I recently visited the Discount Tire located at 8107 S John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32819, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had been searching for specific custom tires for my new 22” staggered rims, but every other local shop I contacted was unable to help. When I spoke with the manager, William, I was initially skeptical that they would have my exact requirements in stock. While they had one of the sizes, the other was unavailable even after William went above and beyond to search surrounding areas and the warehouse. However, utilizing his extensive expertise, William recommended an alternative size that was nearly identical to my original request and actually proved to be a superior fit for my setup. William even managed to fit me into their schedule that same day on very short notice. The entire team provided professional, top-tier customer service and had me back on the road in no time. If you are looking for tires in the Orlando area, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you to William and the team for the outstanding customer service!

Adam was super kind over the phone and said I could come on in to get one of my tires checked. William helped me out at the counter and checked all of my tires himself to ensure they were in good quality. He was super friendly, and all that was needed was a good patch due to a nail that ended up in the tire. Their service was really quick and their customer service was excellent. I most definitely will ensure this shop is my first choice in the future. Thank you so much.

On my way back from the Central Florida Toyota dealership, I wanted to see if this location could mount oversized tires on a new set of rims for my Toyota Tacoma, since most places won’t do it. I stopped by this location in Orlando as a walk-in customer. I only planned to ask a few questions—but that didn’t happen. I ended up leaving with the service done! Chase, the Assistant Store Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days! He was able to squeeze me in the schedule to add 5 tires (spare included) mount, balance, and bolted onto the truck. Will, who installed the tires, also did an excellent job. The installation was quick, clean, and clearly done with attention to detail. No damages to the rims. Going from KO2 E-rated 16” to KO3 C-Rated 17” 285s. My vehicle drives perfectly, smoother than before and the wheel-tire combo look great. The environment was clean, and the other techs working there seemed to be enjoying themselves—good vibes all around—and they were getting jobs done quickly for other customers as well. I highly recommend this
